As you mentioned, in 2nd para under — Serving the Consumer Career Journey… “…say middle-skill or blue-collar jobs are not vanishing but rather new ones are emerging.” I would appreciate it if you can through some light on ‘new middle-skill or blue-collar jobs’. Currently, in a country like India, there are AI/ML/Data Scientists buzzwords everywhere.. and reskilling platforms are mushrooming. But I want to analyze from your point of view, what are that ‘new middle-skill or blue-collar jobs’ and how so many middle-skill employee can secure their career?
